SHIPPING

We offer USPS shipping options at checkout. However, we also offer UPS shipping options, if requested. We are not responsible for shipping times of USPS and UPS. If your items are time sensitive, we advise you to contact us for express shipping options. Shipping times do not include printing times so please plan accordingly.


RETURNS

All custom stationery
(custom applies to all items in the Wedding, Baby, Monogram, & Thank You Categories):

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed items. We may offer you replacements if you are not happy with your order. You must report any damages within 3 business days of receipt. Order must be mailed back to us and Red Jay Studios reserves the right to deem whether it was our error before offering replacements.

Damaged items during shipping: Items must be returned for equivalent replacement. We will not ship out replacement items until the original is returned. Red Jay Studios will replace up to 10% of your entire order if your invitations are damaged during shipping. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
